The Kita Karuizawa area around Asama Kuzanbo sits at an elevation of approximately 1,100 meters.

Starting mid-November, temperatures can drop below freezing, and snow and icy roads may be present until around April.
Please ensure that your vehicle is equipped with snow tires (winter tires or chains if using regular tires) for safe travel to our resort.

We encourage checking weather forecasts and road conditions before your journey and wish you a safe trip.

We now offer a convenient rental service featuring Mercedes-Benz EQ Series electric vehicles with winter tires for round-trip travel from Tokyo. This option is available within each plan’s options or as a special plan.
