・ヨガ&ストレッチ
ヨガを初めて体験される方でも楽しんでいただけるよう、ストレッチの要素を取り入れた内容です。身体をどう動かしたらどう可動域が変わるのか、肩こりや腰痛にはどのようなストレッチが効くのかなど、「気づき」のある時間を提供します。ウィンタースポーツやハイキングなどの運動後の身体のリリーシングにも効果的です。

・マットピラティス
毎日の習慣としている方も多いピラティスを旅行中でも気軽に実践できるよう、マットを使ったピラティスをご案内します。室内で行うことが多いピラティスですが、マットで行うことにより、自然の中で心身のリフレッシュを図りながら、体幹を鍛えることも可能になります。

Against the backdrop of the magnificent Mt. Asama and the vibrant autumn foliage, Asama Kuzanbo will host the “Asama Kuzanbo presents Autumn Foliage Concert for Dog Lovers,” featuring violinists who are also dog lovers. This special concert will take place on Saturday, October 12, and Sunday, October 13, 2024, for two days only, at our restaurant terrace “Tenku Dining.” The concert is open to everyone, not just hotel guests, and we warmly welcome your dogs and children to join you in enjoying this memorable occasion.
