Announcement: Start accepting reservations for Strawberry Sweets Plan
あさま空山望 will begin offering the "Strawberry Sweets Full Plan" on January 17 (Fri.), recommended for the Valentine's and White Day seasons. Also offered as an option is "Shinshu Strawberry Picking" at Karuizawa Garden Farm Strawberry Garden, where you can enjoy sweet and fragrant varieties such as "Benihoppe" and "Kaorino" on the spot.
■Plan Benefit 1: Special time with butter sandwiches from Butter Sandwich Lab Karuizawa and rosé wine with Shinshu strawberries
In this plan, a butter sandwich from Butter Sandwich Lab Karuizawa, which has its head office in Karuizawa, and rosé wine with Shinshu strawberries will be served as a welcome service.
Butter Sandwich Lab Karuizawa's “Parfait Butter Sandwich” is a new Karuizawa staple, characterized by its melt-in-your-mouth flavor made with ingredients such as fruit from Shinshu and grass-fed butter made from milk of cows raised only on grass-fed pasture. It is a new Karuizawa standard sweet. Each guest will receive one butter sandwich of either "Shinshu Ripe Strawberry" or "Raspberry & Bitter Chocolate".
Enjoy the combination of butter sandwiches and mellow wines that bring out the colors and flavors of the ingredients themselves.
Plan Benefit 2: "Sweet and Red Strawberry Tart" using an abundance of strawberries for dessert at dinner
A "Sweet and Red Strawberry Tart" made with an abundance of strawberries will be served as dessert. This special dessert consists of a crispy tart crust, generously filled with a light cream mixture of custard and whipped cream, and topped with a generous amount of strawberries.
After dinner, enjoy a special Valentine's Day tart while gazing at the silhouette of Mt. Asama floating in the night sky along with the stars shining in the sky.
Plan Benefit 3: Optional "strawberry picking" at Karuizawa Garden Farm, where you can enjoy fresh "Shinshu strawberries" grown sweetly due to the difference in cold temperatures.
Sweet and fragrant varieties such as Benihoppe and Kaorino can be picked on the spot to enjoy their fresh flavor. This is a popular activity that can be enjoyed with family and friends, even on cold days, as they are grown in greenhouses. Please experience the perfect balance of sweetness and sourness.
