Q I want to change the date.

A You can change your reservation by clicking on the button in the reservation confirmation e-mail when you make a reservation.


Q I want to change the number of people

A You can change your reservation by clicking on the button in the reservation confirmation e-mail when you make a reservation.


Q I want to change the number of people

A You can change your reservation by clicking on the button in the reservation confirmation e-mail when you make a reservation.


Q I want to add or change options (e.g., change the number of dogs)

A You can add or change your reservation by clicking the button in the reservation completion e-mail when you make a reservation.


Q I want to change the room type

A If there are rooms available in your preferred room type, you can change the room type by clicking the link in the reservation confirmation e-mail when you make your reservation.


Q I want to change the credit card used for the reservation.

A. Reservations cannot be changed, so please make a new reservation by yourself using the new reservation system. Please cancel your current reservation after rebooking with the new credit card information first.


Q I want to change my meal plan.

Please contact us via email.


Q I want to cancel my reservation.

A. Cancellations must be made in person through the reservation page. We cannot accept cancellations or schedule changes by phone.
