＜Winter Visits＞Request Regarding Surrounding Road Conditions and Use of Snow Tires

The Kita-Karuizawa area around ASAMA KUZANBO is located at an elevation of approximately 1100m above sea level.

Since the minimum temperature is usually below freezing from mid-November onward, there is a possibility of snow accumulation and icy road surfaces until around April.

Please be sure to bring snow tires (studless tires or chains if normal tires are used).

Please check the weather information and road conditions, and come with sufficient caution.

Also, please bring warmer clothes for the mornings and evenings, as it can be unexpectedly cold outside.
