- ASAMA KUZANBO 5th Anniversary Event -
Kita-Karuizawa villa resort for rent "ASAMA KUZANBO" will celebrate its 5th anniversary on April 26, 2026.
To mark this milestone, we will hold "Kita-Karuizawa Mini-Fiesta 2026" (a small festival), an event where people and their dogs in the Karuizawa area gather to express their gratitude for the nature, food, and human connections in Kita-Karuizawa. (Supported by Kita Karuizawa Tourist Association)
Enjoy the spring in Kita-Karuizawa with all your senses
The theme of this event is "Enjoy with all five senses,
We have prepared contents for you to fully experience Kita-Karuizawa and ASAMA KUZANBO in the spring.
Visitors can enjoy food and drinks made from local bounty, workshops on art and wellness, and a variety of experiences in harmony with nature.
Limited revival of "fresh doughnuts
The popular "raw doughnuts" by former RK DONUTS chef will be back for one day only at this event.

The "Five Senses Set" commemorates the 5th anniversary with a fluffy texture and flavorful ingredients (limited to 20 sets / can be ordered in advance via the web).
In addition, a new limited edition of 10 donuts for dogs will be available.
Wellness & Art｜Experience Facing Nature
By instructor Aco, an instructor at W Tree House Yoga & Pilates, a popular yoga studio in Karuizawa
A five-sense nature yoga experience in the forest will be held.
Please spend a moment in nature to condition your body and mind and open your senses.
Experience "Five Senses Nature Yoga in the Forest
Time: 13:30-14:15, capacity of 10 people *First-come-first-served basis for applications
Fee: Yoga only 1,500 yen (tax included), Yoga and Tenku (Sky) Spa Grand Bath fee included (regular 2,000 yen) 2,500 yen (tax included), ASAMA KUZANBO guests free (includes fresh donuts and coffee)
Location: Villa Terrace (in case of rain, restaurant "Tenku Dining")
Ages: Elementary school senior high school students and up

In addition, there will be a hands-on oil painting workshop and exhibition of works by Yugo Korogi, a painter selected for the "1st ASAMA KUZANBO Artist-in-Residence Program 2026".

Fee: 2,000 yen (tax included), free for ASAMA KUZANBO guests (includes canvas, materials, fresh doughnuts and coffee)
Ages: Elementary school students and older (preschool children can also participate if accompanied by a parent)

With Dogs｜Spring Time with Your Dog
This event is open to visitors with their dogs and features a dog run and photo booth. Dogs of all sizes are welcome to come and enjoy spending time in nature.
