"ASAMA KUZANBO" will celebrate its 5th anniversary on Sunday, April 26, 2026. To commemorate this occasion, a special toast drink plan will be offered, ASAMA Liqueur Plum, a mellow plum wine from Gunma, the home of plums, produced by the Asama Sake Brewery, a local sake brewer with a history of over 150 years. Enjoy a special stay in a villa overlooking Mt. Asama and experience Gunma's nature and culinary culture.

ASAMA KUZANBO is a 16-unit villa resort located in Kita-Karuizawa with a magnificent view of Mt. To mark the 5th anniversary of its opening, ASAMA KUZANBO collaborated with the Asama Sake Brewery, a long-established sake brewery located in the same town of Naganohara, in an effort to reintroduce the charms of the region.
ASAMA Liqueur Plum" is a plum wine with a mellow, sake-derived mouthfeel and a mellow aroma of plums. With an alcohol content of 10 degrees, it is easy to drink and can be enjoyed on the rocks or with soda, or any other style you prefer.
This plan includes a 300 ml bottle of the original label per room. A special to-go bag is also provided for you to take home as a memento of your trip. Enjoy a glass of plum wine at the villa with a magnificent view of Mt. Asama, or at home as a souvenir to enjoy the aftermath of your trip.

For dinner, we have prepared a special menu to commemorate our 5th anniversary. Guests can enjoy a comparison of five different parts of Gunma's pride and joy, such as the sweetness of the marbled fillet of Jyoshu beef, and the deliciousness of the kainomi and shinshin, or “seared barbeque.
The rich flavor of the grilled Jyoshu beef is harmonized with the mild acidity of the chilled plum wine and the mellow richness derived from sake, further enhancing the flavor of the meal.
In addition, you can choose from shabu-shabu or nabe menus for dinner, and we will prepare a dinner time to suit your preference.

Like "ASAMA KUZANBO," this sake brewery is located in Naganohara-cho, Agatsuma-gun, Gunma Prefecture.
