To coincide with the season of beautiful fresh greenery, we will launch a special accommodation plan, "Fresh Greenery x Spectacular View - Unlimited Use of High-performance Camera Plan," on May 9 (Fri.). This plan provides a rental high-performance Sony single-lens mirrorless camera/VLOGCAM and E-mount lenses, allowing you to freely enjoy taking photographs.
Depending on your photographic skills and objectives, you can select one set of the most suitable Sony camera and lenses and use them freely inside and outside the facility until check-out. A wide range of models are available, from entry-level models to mid-level and professional models, so everyone from beginners to advanced photographers can enjoy the experience. The data will be stored on the SD card provided by the plan and will be handed over to you.
In the fresh green season when the grass and trees are budding, take home beautiful memories of your trip with high-performance camera equipment, using the magnificent scenery and nature of Mt. Asama, your family and your dog as your subjects.

A photographer working in Karuizawa will spend an hour carefully capturing your family's smiles and precious moments beautifully along with the rich nature of あさま空山望.

あさま空山望 will begin offering the "Strawberry Sweets Full Plan" on January 17 (Fri.), recommended for the Valentine's and White Day seasons. Also offered as an option is "Shinshu Strawberry Picking" at Karuizawa Garden Farm Strawberry Garden, where you can enjoy sweet and fragrant varieties such as "Benihoppe" and "Kaorino" on the spot.
■Plan Benefit 1: Special time with butter sandwiches from Butter Sandwich Lab Karuizawa and rosé wine with Shinshu strawberries
In this plan, a butter sandwich from Butter Sandwich Lab Karuizawa, which has its head office in Karuizawa, and rosé wine with Shinshu strawberries will be served as a welcome service.
Butter Sandwich Lab Karuizawa's “Parfait Butter Sandwich” is a new Karuizawa staple, characterized by its melt-in-your-mouth flavor made with ingredients such as fruit from Shinshu and grass-fed butter made from milk of cows raised only on grass-fed pasture. It is a new Karuizawa standard sweet. Each guest will receive one butter sandwich of either "Shinshu Ripe Strawberry" or "Raspberry & Bitter Chocolate".
Enjoy the combination of butter sandwiches and mellow wines that bring out the colors and flavors of the ingredients themselves.

In cooperation with the Karuizawa yoga studio "W Tree House," guests can enjoy activities such as "PRIVATE SUNSET YOGA," a private sunset yoga class to prepare the body as the sun sets over Mount Asama. Karuizawa, an area that is attracting attention as a wellness tourism spot, and enjoy a special moment to face yourself as you watch the sun set.

This menu allows you to enjoy a rich time in the evening hours after check-in to relieve the day's fatigue and refresh your body and mind while enjoying the view of Mt. Asama tinted by the setting sun. Yoga under the sunset sky brings calm and peace to your body and mind, and helps you start the next morning smoothly. You can enjoy it as an easy exercise before dinner, a relief from travel fatigue, or a relaxing time to end the day!
Yoga & Stretching
The content incorporates elements of stretching so that even first-time yoga practitioners can enjoy the class. It provides a time to "notice" how to move the body and how to change the range of motion, what kind of stretches are effective for stiff shoulders and back pain, and so on. It is also effective for re-leasing the body after exercise such as winter sports or hiking.

Active as a yoga and Pilates instructor in the suburbs of Saku City and Karuizawa Town, Nagano Prefecture. She teaches people of all ages at yoga studios, hotels, and public facilities.
