"あさま空山望," a villa resort offering exclusive whole-villa rentals in Kita-Karuizawa, Gunma Prefecture, launched its "One Villa Per Day: Edomae Sushi Delivery Plan" on October 8, 2026.

A Karuizawa sushi chef with over 30 years of experience will visit the guest rooms of the “Polaris” Villa Presidential Suite. He will prepare each piece of sushi right before your eyes using seasonal ingredients sourced from the Toyosu Market.

1日目・3:00pm｜浅間山を眺めて、ひと息

軽井沢でカフェに立ち寄ってから、ヴィラに到着したら、まずは大きな窓の向こうに広がる浅間山を眺めてひと息。

荷物をほどいた後は、敷地内の遊歩道「天空の道」へ。
秋には色づく木々を眺めながら、愛犬と一緒に散策を。高原の空気を感じながら、ゆっくりと旅の時間へ切り替えます。

1日目・4:00pm｜お風呂やサウナで、食事までの時間を楽しむ

2日目 – 9:00am 朝の浅間山と、ヴィラでの朝食

Start the next morning by taking in the view of Mount Asama. On clear days, we recommend taking a short stroll before breakfast.

食後はコーヒーを片手に景色を眺め、愛犬とくつろぎながら、チェックアウトまでゆったりとお過ごしください。

Q. Can I use this service even if I have small children with me?

Yes. Families with young children are welcome. In Polaris’s dining room, you can enjoy your meal in a private setting without worrying about those around you. Please let us know in advance which ingredients are safe for your child to eat.

Q. Can I eat with my dog?

When dining in a Polaris cabin, you may enjoy your meal in the same space as your dog. However, when dining at the "Tenku Dai" restaurant, please leave your dog in your cabin.

Yes. You can discuss vegan sushi and food allergies with us in advance. Please let us know your preferences when you make your reservation.

Q. Is the catering service confirmed once I make a reservation?
